About the event
SUN SEPT 27 1.45 PM • MUSE POLE DANCE
This workshop is dedicated to helping you connect with your most authentic self through movement, stillness, and emotional exploration. Using mirror work, power poses, guided freestyle, and reflective exercises, you'll discover new ways to access presence, confidence, and personal power.
Emmy shares the tools she uses to cultivate stage presence, emotional connection, and artistic identity. Together, you'll explore instinct, memory, music selection, and creative practice, learning how to build a deeper relationship with yourself both on and off the dance floor.
This is about feeling rather than performing, trusting your instincts, embracing vulnerability, and finding freedom in honest expression.
Level & Prerequisites: All levels welcome. Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and connected to your senses. Heels are encouraged. Knee pads are recommended as some floorwork and kneeling sequences may be included.
