5 SEPT, NOT LATER! SUBMIT VIDEO OF PRE-PERFORMANCE IN YOUR PERSONAL DRIVE FILDER

FOR LIGHT CONCEPT & RUNNING ORDER

It's time to submit a video of the piece you'll perform on stage.

  • Don’t worry! It doesn’t need to be perfect or professionally filmed. We just need to see the full piece from beginning to end, even if it's a cut or work-in-progress version.

  • Please film it from one single angle, as if it were being viewed from one side of a 360° stage (there is no designated "front"). This helps us visualize how it will look from all directions. The purpose of this video is not to evaluate your performance quality. It's purely to help us with lighting design and planning the running order of the show.

  • Please send a picture of your outfit, or describe it along with the colors and overall mood.

STAGE SET UP

  • You’ll be performing on a round stage with a diameter of 4 meters. That means you’ll have 2 meters of space in every direction from the center pole to the edge. The stage is elevated 60 cm from the ground.

  • There is a small platform with wide stairs to enter the stage. Don’t worry, someone will be there to assist you if needed up the stairs and onto the platform.

  • The pole is approximately 3.5 meters high, but we recommend keeping your movement below 2–2.5 meters. While the stage area has high ceilings, some parts of the audience are seated under lower ceiling sections, if you climb too high, they may miss your performance. And you will be out of the light.

  • The audience will be seated all around the stage in a circle, with the closest rows surrounding it directly. Additional seats are placed at a wider radius, as shown in the graphic attached

POLE SPECS

  • Diameter: 45mm

  • Brand: X-Pole with X-Lock system

  • Mode: Please choose either static or spinning before your performance or switching during your performance. We strongly advise against switching modes mid-piece to avoid technical complications.

  • The pole will be cleaned between each performance by our team.
    Please note:

    • We do not apply grip products on the pole.

    • You are not allowed to apply grip directly to the pole either, this ensures smooth transitions between performers.

GENERAL PERFORMANCE NOTES:

  • Avoid large or complex props that take time to set up. We're aiming for a smooth, immersive show, not a competition atmosphere.

  • Keep in mind that you’re performing for a 360° audience. There is no front side. Choreograph your piece with all angles in mind.

  • Our photographer and videographer will remain at one fixed position, but your focus should be on the audience as a whole.

  • The performance space will be quite dark, with black as the dominant color including the stage floor.

    • If you’re considering wearing darker colors, we just want to gently remind you that especially dark-colored heels can easily blend into the background and floor. This might make your movements less visible from a distance.

  • Of course, we’ll do our best with the lighting to make sure every costume looks stunning, but keeping this in mind when planning your outfit and props.
