Terms & Conditions - Subsdance Show On-Demand Video by Tatjana Brumund

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of on-demand video content from the Subsdance Show by Tatjana Brumund (“Subsdance Show”).
By purchasing or accessing the on-demand video, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Access & Availability

Upon purchase, you will receive access to stream the Subsdance Show video through the designated online platform.
The video may be streamed unlimited times by the purchaser until the next Subsdance Show takes place in September 2026 (exact date to be announced).
After this date, access to the recording will expire automatically, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.

3. Personal Use Only

Access to the video is for the sole personal use of the individual who purchased it.
Sharing, transferring, or selling login credentials or access links to any other person is strictly prohibited.
Group screenings, public showings, or commercial use of the recording are not permitted without prior written consent from Tatjana Brumund.

4. Prohibited Actions

Screen recording, downloading, reproducing, or redistributing the video, in full or in part, is strictly forbidden.
Any violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension of access without refund and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement.

5. Intellectual Property

All video content, choreography, audio, visual design, and associated materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tatjana Brumund.
Purchase of access does not transfer ownership or grant any rights beyond personal, private viewing.

6. Technical Requirements & Responsibility

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and compatible device for streaming.
No refunds will be issued for access issues caused by user-side technical problems (e.g., slow internet, outdated browsers, or device incompatibility).
If technical issues arise on the hosting platform’s side, Tatjana Brumund or the platform will make reasonable efforts to restore access as soon as possible.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final.
Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate purchases or proven technical failure preventing access, at the sole discretion of the event organizer.

8. Privacy & Data

Personal information provided during the purchase process (such as name, email, and payment details) will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your information will only be used to facilitate your purchase and provide access to the video.

9. Liability

Participation in viewing and engaging with the video content is at your own risk.
Subsdance Show / Tatjana Brumund is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the video service.

10. Amendments

These Terms may be updated periodically. Any significant changes will be posted on the official purchase or streaming platform. Continued access or use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Berlin, Germany.
