This workshop is all about discovering and developing the pleasure of movement while exploring your sensuality and authenticity. Together, we'll dive into technical movement phrases inspired by Pole Classique and Old School styles, focusing on smooth transitions, body waves, expressive arm and hand work, and elegant leg movements. The emphasis is on refinement, fluidity, and learning how to connect movements seamlessly within a flow style.
Through guided exercises and sequences, you'll develop a deeper awareness of movement quality, musicality, and personal expression. This is a space to explore the endless possibilities of waves, transitions, and dynamic textures while fully embodying your unique way of moving.
This workshop is ideal for dancers who enjoy low-flow movement and want to deepen their understanding of transitions and flow. Participants should already have some familiarity with the pole, basic pole elements, pirouettes, and feel comfortable dancing in heels.
Level & Prerequisites: Intermediate. Participants should have basic pole experience, familiarity with fundamental pole elements and pirouettes, and feel comfortable dancing in heels. Suitable for dancers looking to deepen their flow, transitions, and movement quality.
