An unfiltered workshop exploring pleasure, confidence, and unapologetic self-expression through grounded movement, transitions, and strip-inspired elements. Designed for dancers ready to step beyond inhibition and embrace a more fearless and embodied approach to movement.
Through guided exercises and movement explorations, you'll develop a deeper connection to your personal expression while refining transitions, floorwork, and sensual performance qualities. The focus is on authenticity, presence, and moving without restriction or self-judgment.
Level & Prerequisites: All levels welcome. Pole-based workshop. Heels are recommended but not required. Participants should feel comfortable engaging with sensual movement and personal expression.
