Tricks & Flow with Polina

In this workshop, Polina shares her favourite methods for connecting complex tricks through seamless and fluid transitions. Rather than approaching tricks as isolated elements, you'll learn how to create pathways between shapes that feel natural, intentional, and expressive.
Using flow-based techniques, wave-like movement, and dynamic transitions, you'll explore how to transform individual skills into continuous combinations. The focus is on artistry, control, and creating movement that feels effortless while maintaining technical precision.
Level & Prerequisites: Intermediate to advanced. Participants should have a solid foundation in pole technique, feel comfortable with inversions and intermediate-level tricks, and be confident transitioning between pole elements.
